Kept the flow of those attending for flu vac by having person taking to waiting chairs outside allocated room and professional approach by nurse.

Very efficient service and the member was really helpful, explaining about the type of vaccine, which eased our worry about allergies.

Booked my flu vaccination Arrived early. Wasn't a problem straight in. Very polite nurse. Professional Surgery was warm and friendly staff

I feel the nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. They have come across reassuring and help me to relax when I go for injections. I went for a flu jab and the lady I had was lovely

I turned up for my appointment a few minutes early was greeted by reception and after only a few minutes taken for my flu jab, the team were friendly and all was done in a few minutes

Been twice to have flu and shingles vaccinations, didn’t have to wait long and was treated kindly, full information given regarding the vaccines.

Greeted with a friendly smile from lady on reception the morning of Tuesday 21st May, very helpful with booking and appointment and ordering my prescription, she even followed up by ringing me to let my know that my urgent medication had been sent over to the pharmacy. I feel she went above and beyond. Doctors receptionists often get a bad name but with the warm welcome you wouldn't even know it was a doctors surgery.

I was seen by the practice nurse for my health check and she was fantastic at putting me at ease. We talked and laughed (in a professional manner). She understood what I was saying and never judged. My appointment was on time and not rushed. Definitely a great experience.

I was seen by the GP today in the new increased hours service on a Saturday . I was seen quickly by the GP who issued me a prescription that was ready to collect that evening. Great service and lovely staff members.
