From first registering to ‘flu and Covid vaccines, the treatment here has been excellent. I have lived in different parts of the country and Burlington Primary Care has been the best GP surgery I have attended by far. The vaccines on 05/10/24 were very well organised and very little queuing. The injections were efficiently administered and no ill effects.

My husband & I attended the clinic for our Covid & Flu vaccinations on 5th October & found the experience very comfortable. The staff were efficient & considering how many patients were attending still had time to explain what to expect from possible side effects (fortunately none experienced)! I’ve never had such gentle vaccines before & commend the person that administered them, she did a really great job so thank you to her. Parking was an issue but we got over that as we expected it to be the case.

COVID and flu jabs - smooth operation from parking, through waiting and into the jab room, they checked for allergies and treated me as an individual. Excellent service as always

Went for vaccination. Despite being early,was cheerily greeted and directed to correct place. Seen quickly fast and efficient with every step explained.

I went to the surgery and they were very professional and very helpful and polite from the the moment i walked in the door to be checked thst i was on the list and then to the room to get my covid and flu jab i was also grateful when i asked if my husband can get his done as he has asma and they said he can which was helpful as it saved him comming done to the surgery at a later date

The appointment and visit for covid and flu jabs was very well organised. The staff ( including those helping with car parking) working efficiently.

The nurse practitioner called me to discuss results of tests etc I have been having, spending time to talk advice and listen it was lovely of the nurse to explain everything thoroughly and to set out a plan going forward, we were on the phone for over twenty minutes and at no time did I feel rushed or a burden , well done Burlington rd and the NHS
