   Over a period of two years I was continually prescribed the wrong medication, at the wrong dosage, for the wrong duration. The last straw was them sending my prescription to a pharmacy over a hundred miles away - something which was incredibly difficult to sort when the surgery would repeatedly hang up for even answering.
