After my call a doctor phoned me back after about an hour, discussed my problem with me then booked me in for a face to face 3 hours later, which is a great service Thanks to all the Burlington team.

Dear Patient Thank you very much for taking the time to give us such positive feedback we are continually looking to improve our service to serve you better. We know that at times we do not meet our high standards, however we are constantly trying to improve both the experience and outcomes for our patients and for our tireless teams in the constraints we work within the NHS. We would be ever so grateful if you could contact us directly for ideas on how we can improve how we help support you and our wider community in most need. You may also wish to consider joining our Patient Participation Group. We are constantly striving to improve and part of this will involve introducing digital ways to provide a safe and personalised service to our patients based on need and would love your help in in providing as many appointments as possible. Again thank you for the kind words it means a lot to our hard working and sometimes tired teams as we try to do our best to be a compassionate and efficient service to all our patients and the communities we serve. 3. Review titled Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Paul - Posted on 18 October 2023

Very smooth throughout. Booking was easy. On attending the clinic there was minimal delay and the clinician dealt with both my wife and myself at the same time. Neither of us had any after effects other than the usual soreness in the arms for a few days.

Went for my flu jab. All organised well. I have been with this practice since the 1960's, yes there are issues but what surgery doesn't have. I have a couple of long term illnesses and my reviews are always on time .

Went in for my flu and COVID jabs, I hate needles but the nurse was very good and talked (distracted) me throughout. Very efficient, I went straight into the nurses room, no waiting. Staff were lovely and helpful.
