Although it is difficult to sometimes get an appointment, when we have been seen the doctors and nurses have been great.

The nurse I saw fur my travel injections was absolutely fantastic the most loveliest lady ever Made me laugh, went through all vaccinations I needed what they protected me from, dos and donts on holiday Apologised for Typhoid not being there booked in me for Monday straight away Fantastic service

Times are hard so it's very difficult sometimes to assess how much a gp surgery is delivering in terms of patient experience. The Burnham Health Centre seems above most and tries its hardest. I receive care and consideration here. The receptionists are kind and understanding. But I also do my part to understand their struggles also so I try my best to follow their rules and practices and make it easy for them. I think it's a fair balance and I would like to stay as I don't think I'll get any better care elsewhere.

I waited from 8am until 9.30am for my call to be answered only to be told that no more appointments were available. I was told more appointments would be released at 1pm, so decided to walk to the surgery to book one. Upon arrival I was informed that these slots had to be booked online. I was then told to drive to Wycombe Hospital to be seen, but did not feel well enough. I then spoke with the on site pharmacist who suggested I call NHS 111, which I did. Upon doing so they arranged for an ambulance to come to the surgery and take me to hospital to be seen by a doctor. I have not attended the Burnham Health Centre in many years and cannot believe how bad the patient service has become!

I have been with Burnham Health Centre for ages and have always had excellent care. Can not fault the Doctors that I have seen over the years

Your Review: I've been with the practice for 20 years but in recent times it's become more and more difficult to get an appointment when I need one. Since the practice merged with another I felt there were not enough appointments available and appointments never ran on time. I always had good treatment from the GPs there in person and on the phone and felt they handled the pandemic well. Doctors were great when my partner had depression. The nursing staff were very positive and great, and receptionists try hard to help. I'm sorry to leave but feel I need better accessibility to care as I get older.

I had a blood test and the nurse was very kind when I asked to lay down. It took a couple of goes to get the sample but the staff were very gentle and reassuring.

My appointment was on time and my doctor was very helpful he sorted my problems out and arranged all my medication as well. He is a very good doctor and I am grateful for everything he does for me.
