I visited the practice today for a smear test. The nurse who greeted me was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They put me at ease and made sure I had all the information I needed about the process and next steps. They said they would telephone you and provide the results and explain anything if necessary which is really reassuring.

Regular visit for blood tests etc and always met with a nice greeting from the nurse. She is always ready to answer any queries I have.

The nurses have always been very helpful and put me at ease. Lady test aren’t pleasant at the best of times but this experience has been easygoing and comfortable. Thank u .

I’ve had mostly good experiences at West Lodge Practice. The only issue has sometimes been getting an appointment and having to spend a long time on the phone waiting to get through or having to ring multiple times.

I had yet again a fantastic experience from the Surgery. The doctor listened to my concerns, was interested and offered a treatment plan and I felt involved in the whole process .

Went recently for a GP appointment and a smear test. All members of staff I spoke to were really helpful including reception staff when booking an appointment and when speaking to them following my appointments. It was easy to get a non-emergency appointment. The GP was friendly and helped with my query. The nurse at my smear was also very friendly and helpful and I think she would be fantastic with anyone who felt worried about having a smear test. I was very happy with my visits.

I’ve been attending this practice for 3 years now, and every single interaction with them has been so positive, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff, the nurses, and the doctors have all been incredible. They’ve gone out of their way to help me in a lot of different ways, which is all the more incredible given the ongoing climate. Couldn’t recommend West Leeds Family Practice more, they’re exemplary.

I have received great nursing care from the team at West Lodge. They are treating me for various ailments with a real aim to get me much healthier than I currently am. The nursing team do it all with diligence and a friendly nature which really encourages me to be the best that I can be. This is much appreciated.
