Had to wait over 30mins from actual appointment time but the treatment and care my daughter got from the doctor was absolute first class. Diligent, thorough, calming, empathetic and explained everything.

Phone not being answered so some confusion over my care with texts and calls from different people that showed my updated notes have not been consulted when texting me. The actual care from doctors and pharmacists is good but reliance on texts and difficultly speaking to someone to arrange an appointment has caused me stress and led to confusion made worse by the app being down for days on end It’s unacceptable and very worrying when starting a new medication that needs close supervision

Nurse Tracy was exceptionally gentle and reassuring when removing my surgery pins and sutures. I honestly found the experience quite relaxing, which I didn't at all expect! Thank you so much Tracy.

I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews however yesterday was pretty disappointing for myself. I attended an appointment with a doctor whom was running behind however this appointment was for my 9 month old son whom came out with what looked like to me as a concerning red rash all over his torso. I expect to normally wait for twenty mins or so however I was left for an hour and a half to wait and it wasn’t until I had to check with the receptionist (whom was lovely and it wasn’t her fault) what was going on to be told that the doctor was running behind. I had been watching the two previous patients before me and each had circa 40 mins appointments and I came to the practice on the back of what I thought was a worrying concern for my baby. I am lucky he was ok in the surgery for that long to wait but I wanted to raise this feedback as I was quite upset as a mother to have to wait this long to be seen and then it wasn’t until the second time of asking at 6pm! That I was finally seen which felt like the end of the shift. Thanks for listening.

Every time you have an appointment it is with a different Doctor and different surgery even though in the waiting room - try to see the same Doctor. Some Doctors don't want to listen to what you say just get annoyed and talk down to you. My own Doctor is superb but the appointments are usually 6 - 7 weeks waiting time. The Doctor that phoned me was arrogant didn't want to listen to me and asked me what medication I wanted. Also refused to give me her name. I will not deal with any Doctor but my own in future.

To support this, we are now grouping GPs into teams so reception can offer appointments with your usual GP or another GP within that team. We know how important continuity is for our patients and are doing our best to balance this with the current demand for access, which remains very high. Although it turns out I didn't need the appointment in the first place my Dr was very helpful in getting me to the next step and pointing me to the right contacts and other options if those contacts failed. Thanks again (Tried to add the doctor's name to praise him but it won't let me)

There was only one receptionist trying to deal with a queue of patients. She was friendly and helpful but it needed another receptionist on duty also to help her reduce the queuing time for those waiting.

I saw a gp on the same day I did Dr iQ, which I was really impressed with. I felt listened to, I got the medication I needed and was given clear advice on after care. The GP was very professional and friendly.

My teenager book their first appointment on their own through the app. Was given a first class experience, was treated as a person in their own right even though I sat in as a parent. Advice and explanation was all given to the teenagers ability to understand. Information about what they were checking for and why was explained in a very calm informative way. I was very impressed. Too many times we all want to complain at the moment but I wanted to give back something good that in my opinion went above and beyond. Excellent experience. Thank you
