We now have a pharmacist, who contacted me, listened to me and put things in motion, next a Locum GP contacted me, discussed blood results, and contacted the consultant, resulting in me getting started on medication again.

They try hard to give you suitable appointments normally on the day as long as you phone at 8am. The surgery staff are polite, helpful and kind. They try to sort out prescription issues quickly.

Timely treatment Understanding & informative Friendly and professional staff Good communication pre appointment via text messages COVID secure. Nurse did wear face covering and excellent hand hygiene

No doctors and no continuity with staff. Different nurse every time you come. But nurse practitioners who are there and physio who is there on a Monday are all excellent. But you never be see a doctor. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel there is no continuity with staff. Our Nurses are all part time but do work the same day each week. We do have Doctors who work at the surgery, again, different Doctors work different days, we do always try to book patients in with the same clinician to ensure continuity but depending on how quickly you need seen this is not always possible. Please do ask the reception team when calling to make an appointment if there is a clinician you particularly want to see. As always I find this surgery extremely good. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and efficient. My appointment with a nurse practitioner was superb. I was listened to with sympathy and understanding.

Lovely experience at this practice so far. All staff are really friendly, the nurses we seen are very kind and genuinely caring about your health and well-being. Explained all services the practice offers and ensured we knew how to access them. Follow up appointments made easily so they could ensure the best treatments for us.
