Reception staff pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in the surgery. I was able to book appointment easily. The practice nurse was very professional and caring. She explained everything she was doing and was very thorough. Overall a pleasant experience.

Everyone was very kind. The receptionist, doctors and nurses were very kind. The doctor listened and understood my concerns. I was seen the same day I called the practice.

Reception staff are so helpful. The lady doctor I seen today was terrific she’s now putting in a letter to the hospital off things that were missed came out off the surgery today feeling hopeful went in thinking I had hit a brick wall.

I have only been a patient for about twelve months but I have always found receptionists and doctors to be very helpful and guide you as to which department would offer the best help for you. They listen and advise and if an appointment with a doctor is needed then you are booked in to see one. I found it a very helpful friendly surgery

Went to see nurse for bloods. Saw her in time. She was very nice and thorough as always. Have never had a problem with our surgery even during lockdown. Have been patient there all my life

I seen a doctor when I was in excruciating pain who was polite, well mannered, did an examination, treated me as an expert by experience and actively listened to me, came up with a plan of action & made referrals to hospital within the time scales he stated. Prescription was faxed to chemist. Overall this was one of the best consultations I have ever had at my surgery face to face
