Excellent service received from both reception and the lovely nurse today think she is new. What a difference I have seen in the surgery over the past few months. Alot of new faces on the front desk very friendly and welcoming. The place used to look like it needed shut down and there was never any staff about. Now it seems to be getting done up and staff available to help with my queries.

Fabulous caring staff who go the extra mile to make one feel valued. Good listeners and always oblige in meeting appointment needs - receptionists nurses and GPs Appreciate them all. So fortunate to have this service.

Amazing care, long wait times but lovely staff. Always offered a translator which even tho wasn’t always needed was appreciated

Got through straight away on the phone to get an appointment. The nurse practitioner I seen was running late but once I was seen I was checked over and given the advice I needed! It nice to see some positive changes made in the practice!

I went to see the physio on this occasion he was very friendly and explained exercises and ways to improve my mobility without using painkillers to see how I get on

Went for my routine diabetic check up and a blood test, the nurse was very friendly and she was very thorough , she explained things in great detail that made me feel at ease . The reception staff are all very friendly .

I really appreciated the nurse practitioner"s help. She gave me lots of information that I didn't receive before. Her advice on my health care was very helpful.

I gave a blood sample which was to be tested at the Cumberland Infirmary. There were still no results after some weeks. I visited the practice in person to ask if they could check the progress of the blood test. I was told that this was impossible and that I personally would have to chase this up. I was even offered the telephone number of pathology at the hospital. The next day I rang the hospital and was told in no uncertain terms that no information regarding the progress of a blood test could be given to a patient and that the responsibility was solely that of the doctor's surgery.
