My appointment was booked easily at a time convenient to me and I also received txt messages reminding me of date & time. At the surgery the staff are always helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The appointment itself was very professional and I didn’t feel I was rushed, also the healthcare individual I saw was easy to talk to and polite. Thanks

My visit today was excellent. Less than 5 minutes waiting, very friendly nurses and reception staff, and all was ready for my particular needs. I have previously complained about this surgery, so it’s only right that I acknowledge when service truly is fantastic. Well done.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. I did not have to wait very long and was actually seen before my appointment time. It was a professional and efficient experience

From a phone call in the morning to an X-ray analysis analysis in mid afternoon, was all a demonstration of efficiency.

Very quick and efficient .Had my flu jab didn’t feel a thing.Nurse put me at ease and obviously very experienced in administrating vaccinations.

Arrived promptly, was seen by the nurse for my blood test, then left within about 10 minutes of arriving. Everyone was very pleasant. I have no complaints at all.

After previously see a different dr the week before for the same thing it was lovely to have her listen to what I was saying and telling me she would have it documented if the same ever happened again

I try to order prescriptions for my partner really important medication. I see reception staff at 8:50 am 20/09/2022 and I give letter from hospital for tablets and I was told tablets will be ready to pick up the same day but didn't. We try pick up tablets next day but still not there.This is really important medication for stop bleeding but we can't get them on time.This is not first time because we try get them tablets last Friday but in reception told me they can't give me prescriptions because doctor have some training??????

My appointment was for a health check and smear and was more or less on time. The nurse was excellent and clearly explained what would happen and why.
