When I contact them they always get back to me usually within 24 hours. I can always get an appointment. Everyone at the practice is helpful. They listen and always get an appointment at the hospital with a specialist when required. I cannot fault them at all.

As we have moved from Ealing to Sutton in last year, we have visited the Carshalton Fields Surgery to change our GP in Nov 2022. The lady has kindly accepted our application forms. After 2 months, we received an email from Carshalton Fields Surgery asking us to sign the gms1. We signed them and returned immediately. We visited them in April 2023 trying to find out if there was any progress. The lady in reception kindly told us, we have to sign the gms1 form again. We filled the forms and signed them again at the reception. Now, It's the end of June 2023. We still haven't heard any news yet. Just unable to believe that they have spent 7 months, but still unable to complete our GP registrations. As we have not been able to cope with their slow work and the further delays after 7 months, we have decided to withdraw our application and change our GP to somewhere else.

This is by far the best GP practice I have been too. The staff on the phone are so lovely, helpful and understanding. It is so quick and easy to get an appointment through the online request system, I have never waited more than one week! The Drs are amazing, I always feel listened to and understood, thank you so much :)

I requested an appointment over their website. Quickly confirmed it will be an online consultation, someone will call me between 8:30am - 1pm likely from an anonymous number. Gone are the days when you could see a GP at an agreed time, now it is like waiting for my delivery to turn up. If I miss the call from the anonymous number likely will be told off for wasting ‘valuable’ NHS time as well. What shambles!

The phones are answered really quickly, and the customer service and all-around kindness from the receptionists is very high! The service from the nurses, pharmacists and doctors is absolutely fantastic, I always feel very safe and "heard." Because I ask so many questions, my sessions generally run over, and everyone that I see is always so understanding. I was lucky enough to see one of the Doctors on Thursday 19th January 2023 and they were brilliant during my session and incredibly knowledgeable! Thank you, Carshalton Fields Surgery!
