When I was first seen by the practice nurse at the Cator Medical Centre’s Asthma Clinic I was really suffering from shortness of breath, walking with difficulty and finding general tasks problematic. She listened with empathy and understood my problems. She reviewed my medication and following her advice, my asthma has improved significantly and I’m really so very grateful for her support.

Had an appointment for a hypertension and medication review. The appointment was on time and very thorough, with the member of staff answering my questions about medication and explaining really clearly the reason for doing some follow-up routine checks. The person who saw me was really approachable and made me feel at ease. The staff and the GPs at Cator are really helpful, and I would definitely recommend it as a practice.

I came in for a review today and I was called on time. The Clinical Pharmacist I saw was very professionally and friendly. He was willing at all times to listen to me. He checked my records in detail and asked the relevant questions and also offer the necessary advice and also proposed the way forward on the subject matter which I went in for. His attitude is knowledgeable and reassuring and I will recommend him if need be

I will send on time, and the doctor was very efficient. We went through my repeat prescriptions and the necessary adjustments were made. I was very happy and relaxed throughout the consultation And very happy with the outcome

After a whole one year waiting for my appointment. They sent me a message to confirm the time and date, took a day off from work and arrived 5 minutes prior to my appt. Receptionist said your appointment was 20 minutes ago so I showed her the SMS, she replied oh it's not your fault then, she went to speak to the GP and came back to inform me that they can't see me now and I have to reschedule after two weeks. Not even an apology.. Shameful

I had my hypertension appointment and it was great. He was very informative, and it was good to have more time to discuss my issues. He asked if there were any questions that I wanted to ask. I feel more confident in controlling my hypertension going forward.

I had the above appointment today and have to state what a pleasant appointment I found it to be very informative and felt less rushed I was even asked whether I had any questions about the treatment or medication.
