I have always received great service from this gp. Today the receptionist was very helpful with helping me to book online. I was able to get an appointment.

I had excellent service at this GP clinic. The blood test process smooth, and I’m very happy with the service. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Visited the doctor for a consultation and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist was welcoming, and the doctor listened attentively to my concerns. The consultation was thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for. Excellent advice and clear explanations. Highly recommend this practice for exceptional service and compassionate care.

I’ve been to the Practice multiple times for follow ups. Though the treatment has taken a while due to delays from other departments. The surgery has always been very responsive to all my calls and queries and have been able to provide relatively quick appointments. The treatment and care by my physiotherapist is very friendly and reassuring and the exercises he has provided have really helped in my recovery or have atleast provided some relief from the pain. Thank you.

I was treated with respect and the staff had a professional attitude. The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The admin staff was very professional and pleasant.

I really can't thank my GP and surgery enough thanks to them I've got my diagnosis really quickly and can start treatment sooner I really can't thank you enough my appointment was speedy receptionist was lovely and my doctor was amazing he got me an emergency appointment and he was so calm and reassuring and understanding

This happened yesterday, 19th Jan, 2024. I phoned at approx 12.15pm. This 8.00 nonsense should be abolished. I explained my symptoms. I'd hardly finished my sentence before the receptionist said "phone 111" They cannot just keep telling people to do this and get patients back in. I've sometimes had to go in to get a sample bottle for my husband. There's not a soul in there. I have been a patient here for forty years when it was a good doctors. Not much longer though.
