I have not often visited this practice but I have been in agony and in pain. I tried many times to call the surgery and cannot get to speak to anyone . I have hung on for an hour and every time I get to caller number 1 , I am cut off. 3 months in pain, not seen a doctor.

Difficulty contacting the surgery or getting an appointment. However the nurses at thos practice are great. I spent and hour in the queue on the phone in the sane position and patches is always closed. Got to see a Dr today and there was no person centred practice. I felt as though the Dr was not listening and I left feeling worse. The practice has gone downhill. Very disappointed.

I'm writing from the perspective of a mother. Both of my kids are getting sick constantly since November 22. I had to go to A&E two times but majority of great support we got here, at The Cedar Brook. Of course there are many things that require improvements but all of the stuff at surgery are trying their very best to help their patients and to unjust to difficult times. So far I can't complain too much. I'm also registered there and I got some needed help too. Other family members, all of them with serious health problems, always get appointments and help there too. I just hope it can be easier to get blood tests and better access to women doctors.

I booked a blood test in person at the reception and was told the only available test was in a month's time due to the nurse calling in sick and appointments being pushed back. I went ahead and booked my blood test. On the day of the blood test I called to confirm whether it was a fasting or non-fasting blood test, I then arrived at the time of my appointment and was told that there was no appointment booked for me- I had taken time off work for this appointment. I do not appreciate my time being wasted and being seen as invaluable.

Never had any problems at this practice until this year as luckily I've been relatively healthy. No problem in getting initial 'phone' appointment as I was going past the surgery. Advised I needed blood tests. Blood test results via text. Called the surgery and was in the phone queue for over 1 hour position 8. Finally got through and advised the doctor will call on Friday afternoon appointment. I had my mobile on my desk all afternoon from 12:00pm - 5:30pm. I got a call from the surgery at 5:30pm and phone rang for 1 bell only didn't even get a chance to pickup the phone. Waited until next day to contact the surgery contacted via phone queuing (again 1 hour wait starting at position 7) and was told that I didn't answer the call. Now its on my records that I didn't answer. New appointment given and again waiting by the phone. The practice doesn't seem to have any compliant process on the website hence I'm reviewing here.
