I am absolutely blown away from all the medical experts and all of the team without exception. I would also like to thank you all... my special thanks to the admin team and a certain gentle lady who has been so caring and gone out of her way to help me, during what would've been a complete crisis..and I am so glad to have such a wonderful GP practice especially, in my hour of need .. ..I just wanted to Thank you all again for being so compassionate. To All the team, please have a Wonderful weekend...Allah Bless you all....!

Brilliant professional staff, starting from receptionists all the way to the amazing doctors. Passionate, knowledgeable and caring. I had two face to face appointments for my child, both on the day I rang, tests were undertaken and relevant medicine applied and everything within two weeks time. I can’t recommend this practice enough. It’s a hidden gem as I changed GP practice twice and none of them was able to help my child as they simply avoided patients. This is not the case for Newham Medical Centre. They are simply outstanding. Thank you to the fantastic doctors and the staff ! I’m so glad I found you.

highly Professional service and discreet service you would expect. i was very appreciative the gp gave me and my family at this practice .a big thank you. i find this practice very efficient .the staff and doctors are polite and helpful and more then 35 years served by this practice . 5 stars

They only take urgent appointments at 8am to 9am and 2pm to 3pm. They tell you to book appointments online via Patoent Access but for a year now i have never seen an available appointment. Its impossible to see a doctor or get any help from the receptionists. When I walk into the office there are never patients in the waiting room. Why does this practice not do online triage forms like other practices. There is no continuity of care and no follow up. This practice makes you feel very neglected. I am definetly moving my family out of this practice.
