I was worried I was wasting the doctors time as I’ve had these symptoms a long time and I’m not really ‘that poorly’ but the GP was so kind and helpful, really supportive and provided clear and full information, and has proceeded to send me for further investigation. I also saw a nurse for blood tests, who reiterated the supportive information and gave me some advice about following up appropriately too. I felt so supported and reassured and that I’m in safe hands! Thank you.

I was in for a new patient induction. The practice was very clean and all the staff were welcoming. The nurse who took my appointment was very polite and answered all the questions I had. The Doctor needed to consulted but wasn’t available but the staff got back to me in an hour to update me on the matter. Very good experience. Thank you

Visited the practice for my annual checkup and blood pressure check. As usual good experience all staff were very helpful and friendly. My appointment was bang on time, all in all a very good experience. Thank You to All at the Practice.

Chapel medical centre has been an exceptional service as long as I have been registered there. All staff I have encountered are polite, knowledgeable and well resourced in their area of work. All issues were dealt with promptly and appropriately whilst still maintaining care and fantastic standards.

The nurse listened carefully. She had time for me. She made suggestions which appeared logical and considered to me. She was also precise about follow-up appointment.

Went for blood tests, receptionist helped log me in as the electronic screen wasn’t working. Was called through on time, the nurse was very welcoming and made me at ease, she took my bloods. Everyone was very helpful and professional. No problems at all.
