Very helpful staff. Lots of leaflets and information in the waiting room. Very informative during appointment and happy to answer any questions.

My appointment was for check up and blood tests. Everyone at the clinic was helpful. The nurse I saw was very good and gave good advice and made the blood sample taking painless

I was seen relatively on time,the staff member who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful and made my visit pleasant and relaxed very pleased in general!

Booked in for Pneumonia injection. Received several timely reminders both in the NHS App and by text sent out by the surgery. Dealt with efficiently by the friendly staff

My appointment was with one of the nurses she showed me how to use my inhaler correctly I had previously been using it wrong very helpful

I rang late yesterday and explained my symptoms. Thecreceptionistbi spoke to was extremely helpful. I was given an appointment for the same day. The doctor gave me a thorough examination and I was happy with theboutcome

Had an appointment for an annual check-up. Didn't have to wait long before I was seen. Process was efficiently and quickly carried out, in a friendly manner. During the procedure I had a useful and informative discussion, where we discussed some lifestyle changes I had instigated over the last year. I came away very happy with the proceedings, and learned some useful things. This has been my GP practice for over 20 years, and I have always had excellent service!

I was very disappointed with the doctor that I had my appointment with. Very obnoxious & would not listen to anything I had to say. This however was a 1 off, I will just never see that same doctor again.

Needed an appointment, spoke with the receptionist and got an appointment hours later.... this is like years ago, when you phoned and you could get seen..Sorry but I was not going to get in touch with the Doctor's as for years I've been pushed off made to wait and wait maybe I just got lucky???. Please get back to helping......we all appreciate it and are thankful..
