I received understanding of my muscle problem and personal position in a caring manner by the doctor and the referral he has instigated for physiotherapy.

Waited 30 mins past my appointment which was extremely frustrating & not acceptable. This is the 2nd time but if I was late for my appointment I wouldn’t have been seen, then when we were seen it was like we were being rushed as he said he was running late.

Ibwas booked in for an ecg. And also a mot as i am 67. I had two seperate dated but was called to ask if i would like to bee seen on one day and have all the examinations done i accepted and met the nurse who was resuring qnd gqve me some good health advice

I called about a blood pressure check and got an appointment two days later to see a nurse. Happy with the appointment and there was no delay. My son also got some immunization appointment from the GP and the services were highly satisfactory

My visit to surgery today was without issue. I was in to see the doctor within minutes of registering. We has a Q & A session, I was examined diagnosed and prescription issued. All very polite, professional, courteous and understanding of my feelings.

The doctor was very helpful and knew me predicament and treated me with care and respect. The appointment was efficient and at a time that worked well for me.

The practice is near to home. Easy access and staffs are all very helpful. The app system easy to use and appointment slots available to book. No clinics towards evening which is not possible for those working. Waiting time at the surgery is very on time, always within the appointment time or within10 minutes to see your doctor.

My appointment took place on time with a friendly and very competent practitioner. All my questions were answered patiently and I felt that my experience was very positive. Other staff members in the practice were helpful and friendly. I would recommend the practice to others.
