The GP was brilliant. They identified the issues my body was facing & treated me well. It was easy to get an appointment & the team was supportive.

Clean , efficient, friendly , professional practice . Procedure explained very clearly. Seen on time by practice nurse .

I saw the nurse soon after arriving for my appointment, there was some difficulty as the pc had gone down.

I went to see the nurse for over 60 MOT check up. She was very friendly and put me at ease with the visit. She explained the results of the various tests and was very encouraging with some of my lifestyle habits but also suggested others without feeling like being talked down to. The nurse was very good at taking blood too, didn't feel a thing. A great experience

Had appointment with the practice nurse for repeat blood testing today. Very friendly and informative. I also asked her to pass on my thanks to one of the doctors who was kind, professional, took time to listen to my concerns and subsequently completed urgent referrals for further investigations/treatment. All staff professional, caring and kind.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful when I contacted the surgery the Dr was very friendly and ensured that I was given the treatment I needed

The Dr requested a blood test to check my sugar levels. I had the test on Monday. The surgery phoned me on Tuesday with the results of everything Except blood sugar levels. This was a specific request from the GP. How can this happen! I now have to wait 3 weeks for another test.

I was grateful to be seen for by appointment during the cyber attack. My appointment was not cancelled and I was able to get a written prescription to collect my meds
