    On an actual appointment in person good service on an telephone appointment worse than poor still waiting for my call off the doctor try cancelled this morning said it would be in the afternoon obviously not happened this has happened before

    I saw a nurse who took blood for a follow up test actioned by a Doctor from the practice. The speed in which the follow up was requested by the doctor was very reassuring. Dawn was informative, reassuring and very efficient during my appointment.

    I had to wait 9 weeks for a diabetic review because the surgery kept on ringing before the alloted time when I was in work abd unable to answer. This happened 3 times and I kept asking to leave a note to ring after 3.30 but this was not noted down. There were also issues with contact because the doctor has claimed to call me back but nothing showed up on my call history and my phone definitely did not ring. This caused alot of stress and frustration.

    I was seen by a trainee doctor, who was efficient and polite. He diagnosed my concern, he then got a second opinion off a experienced doctor.. They were both courteous and helpful. He then told me if I had any further concerns or if things changed. I should contact the practice. I left feeling assured.

    I needed a fit note and once I got an appointment to see the Doctor He was great . Gave me a thorough examination and some good advice . He explained everything thoroughly and information leaflets to support this . He was very attentive, listened to everything I said . Just what you expect from a good Doctor

    Came to surgery today at doctors request to have diabetic review. Dr. very thorough, reviewed all medication. Gave advise regarding medication and recommended repeat blood tests in 2 weeks to check kidney function due to changes made. Previously I have had to beg to be seen!! Massively improved service.

    I recently received very comprehensive advice both face to face and via telephone from a doctor and a physiotherapist. Both individuals were nothing short of incredible. I have also had appointments with a nurse practitioner who was very informative and supportive.

    I was seen by a lady Doctor and she was so supportive and understanding, taking the time to explain everything to me carefully which really helped me understand my problem and treatment for the first time in a number of years. She even wrote down the things I needed to be aware of and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness.
