The nurse was very informative and pleasant to deal with. Clearly experienced and gave clear advice about what was required if I wanted to remain healthy

I Have a good experience with my GP all the time. Excellent surgery. Always able to get an appointment when needed. Reception staff always helpful and polite. Doctors always listen and take the time to give advice. Always able to see the doctor I feel comfortable with. The doctor I saw listened to what the problem was and gave suitable advice. The appointment was not rushed and she took the time to explain things in a professional calm manner.

My mind was put at rest to have things explained to me so now I'm not worrying. The doctor took time to talk to me so it was very nice to have a face to face consultation

Reception staff were both helpful and efficient . Booked face to face appointment. The Doctor I saw was very helpful with regard to my problem and after x -rays and a follow up referred me to physiotherapy. Great practice... thank you

The GP I saw with my daughter took time to explain everything clearly in an age appropriate way. She was very patient and showed no signs of trying to rush us out even though the surgery was very busy. Definitely recommend for fantastic care delivered in a patient and understanding way.

Staff are great and helpful, and honestly do try their best shame the dr doesn’t try 100% like the staff. He wasn’t interested in what was wrong with me, didn't do a proper check and fobbed me off has I didn’t have a temperature and other symptoms which I should have as far has he was concerned. It’s so annoying it’s hard to get a doctor’s appointment and for it to be wasted makes it even worse. I will have to try and make another appointment now and make sure I don’t get the same one. Because funny enough I do have a temperature and the other symptoms I didn’t have when I was last seen.

annual check up with nurse who was very thorough and very thoughtful checked bloods BP weight asked lots of pertinent questions
