I called for an appointment with the pharmacist. The reception staff were extremely helpfull and booked a telephone appointment for me. The staff are helpfull and friendly

Although running slightly late after traffic we were let through only a few minutes late. A wonderful visit and experience, the staff were great from reception, nurses to the doctors!

Phone appt. Called on time. Dealt with my daughter due to deafness. Very respective of my age . No changes in my diet suggested as overall I am doing champion.

Honestly will try get you an appointment as soon as possible. I found them very personable, friendly and helpful when booking this appointment. The nurses we saw was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us as much time as necessary, never rushing us out.

Everyone is super professional and friendly. I was booked in for an appointment swiftly and received excellent service. The surgery is accessible and staff are polite and approachable - everyone is very helpful. Easy to contact the surgery.

All staff involved were polite friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with consideration and the reason for the appointment was managed prifessionally and properly.

My personal opinion on my today’s experience is sincerely positive. The lady has been friendly, kind and explained to me every details about the procedure that I needed to go through. I didn’t experience any physical discomfort and inconvenience during the procedure.
