The flu clinic on Saturday was very well organised and staff were very efficient. Very happy to be with Charlton medical practice who are so very friendly and helpful.

Very well organised and efficient process. Arrived with a number of other patients and was signed in, vaccinated and walking out the other side within 5mins.

On 5th October I attended your open flu injections. Outside staff greeted us with a smile and clear directions. Once inside greeted again with helpful staff and directed to rooms for injections. It was a fantastic, stress free, friendly environment. The whole experience took about 15mins. Thankyou

Flu drop in service was extremely well organised. Plenty of staff who were efficient and friendly as usual even though they were working on a Saturday. Well done to all concerned, wonderful service.

I arrived at Charlton Medical Practice in time for my appointment and found that the car park was full so I waited a short while before having to park elsewhere. I walked back to the medical practice and arrived at my appointment time and went to book in at the monitor, unfortunately there was a lady at the monitor struggling to try and make an appointment, by the time she asked for help I was 3 minutes late booking in. I queued at reception to explain what had happened and when I got to speak to the receptionist I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it and I would have to go away and phone again to book another appointment, they didn’t want to listen to the reason for my 3 minute lateness. I went home and phoned again and was told to call again after 2:00pm which I duly did. I finally got an appointment that afternoon. I arrived in good time for my appointment to be sure not to fall into the same trap. I booked in on the monitor and proceeded to the waiting room. My appointment time came and went and patients were called to the doctors room. Eventually I was called to see the doctor 27 minutes late, 9 times later than I had been earlier in the day. I really don’t know why I couldn’t have been booked in by reception that morning as I’m sure there would have been time and it would have saved an appointment time in the afternoon for someone else.

My wife and I attended the Flu Jab Clinic held on Saturday 5th October 2024. Superbly Organised throughout with little or no waiting time. All the staff, both admin and medical were brilliant. So efficient, professional and friendly. It is a pity the NHS is not run so efficiently. Well done everyone
