It was extremely easy to register. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I got an appointment easily. Doctor was helpful and I found the whole transition process to the surgery easy.

The surgery are always helpful. On this visit the nurse actually called me in 5 minutes before my appointment time. She was helpful and friendly.

Excellent care from Chatfield gp. Was seen within three hours of my phone call by my gp for an urgent health condition. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful providing the highest level of care as always. Special thanks to everyone in the practice!

I had a review with a practice nurse for a leg injury. She was concerned and keen to help the leg to heal. She gave me advice having redressed the wound as to how to protect it ongoing until the next appointment.

Once again a very professional and empathetic appointment. I have great faith in the doctor - I did wait a while for the appointment but it wasn't an urgent matter.

Great 2nd appointment with v kind and helpful practice nurse who took bloods. She was brilliant and I’d really recommend seeing her for this kind of appointment. Appointment ran to time and she was knowledgeable and helpful - she did a great job.

Had a great experience. The nurse who gave me my blood test results was very kind and explained very well. She was very helpful in helping get referred to hospital for further checks.
