I needed reassurance that certain slightly worrying anomalies didn’t add up to anything that needed investigation and was treated with great care and attention and felt in safe hands. I am so lucky to have this wonderful practice so close by. Thank you Chatfield Medical Centre.

Flooded with work the receptionist were able to correct, arrange, signed and forwarded a new prescription by end of an afternoon. Very recommended.

Chatfield Medical Centre and it's staff, from the GPs to the nurses, receptionists etc is an outstanding GP surgery/practice. All the staff I have had contact with have been exceptional, being highly professional and always extremely helpful and very friendly and understanding.

The phone call was on time. The GP listened to me carefully to underdstand my expectations and combined with my health record he has been able to prescribe the right consultation.

My experience of Doctors I have seen at this practice have all been very pleasant and have been very thorough with their examination and taken action on matters I have raised with my ailments fairly quickly. Some of the receptionist aren't as pleasant as some. I think it is reflected on their individual personalities and cultural backgrounds.
