    After waiting about 20 minutes I got through to appointments at 8.30 and was given an appointment for 10am due to the nature of my condition.

    Although at the time I could not cope with staying as I was so distressed and depressed the doctor came after and phoned me later showing he cared and just that helped. Also the practice manager met with me recently re some concerns I had from the past and took time to listen and apologized and was going to address them. She was lovely. Recently I also had thorough physical check up.

    Very annoying to wait on the phone for even an hours, to comunicación, by the time it’s eventually “answered “, the communication just cut-off After that odisea - if you lucky to talk to a human, there it’s not appointments available.., frustrating…! !

    Got a phone consultation one day after I rang for an appointment. The GP had already reviewed photos of my rash before ringing me, listened to my worries, explained what they thought the problem was, the investigations needed and referred me to a specialist. They were thorough, kind and reassuring
