    I have had a very good experience when I visited nurse for blood test. The nurse were very kind and professional. The whole process went fast and peaceful. I cannot help to give my excellent remarks to the nurse.

    I always rave about this surgery as it’s better than any I’ve ever had. They offer many other services making it a one-stop shop ie Physio, Women’s Health specialist and it’s not difficult to get an appointment. I appreciate the ‘triage’ type system when requesting an appt. However, on my most recent visit I was checked by an associate physician who was very thorough in her checks. Despite these she sent me home with advice to come back in a fortnight if symptoms of six weeks already hadn’t improved as coughs were taking longer to clear up for some. This was with no medication. I then received a call advising to have a chest X-ray which for me contradicts the earlier ‘this is normal’ advice.

    Recently I had a bladder wash done as I have a catheter fitted since August and I will have this procedure every week. The practice nurse is very sympathetic and understanding.

    Sounds awful but a relatively simple process when wearing a catheter. The nurse was very understanding and sympathetic and was very reassuring and the actual time was about 10 minutes altogether. From being very nervous and worried about it she made it as easy and comfortable as possible. I now have the same procedure every week and I am satisfied that I will be looked after and treated professionally.

    The worst doctor I have ever encountered and helped with nothing. Wouldn’t even give me a blood test because I have no “red flags”… so now I am having to go private with bupa to actually get professional help that I deserve.

    The doctor was very pleasant and interested in my issues. I had not been seen by him before, but he was very patient about learning about my medical history. I felt no pressure to rush through my issues.

    I have a very excellent experience with my appointment at 10:15 am about my blood test result. The doctor very carefully asked my current symptoms and listened my description. She explained terms one by one in very details, and explained medical terms with very common and understandable words. I appreciated very much what she had done for me and I am very satisfied her marvellous work and could not helped writing these words to express my thanks for that. Besides, the same day I have another appointment at 1:30 with nurse for annual health check. She was also very helpful and kind that giving me very satisfying experience. This is really a good day ! Thank you chatfield clinic service!
