    I found it very helpful to be able to discuss my medication and symptoms over the phone with one of the doctors at the surgery. They called me rather than the other way around and I was able to confirm my current medical situation.

    Called at 8.00am yesterday. no 1 in queue, not able to see a doctor but somewhat reluctantly accepted an appt with a PA that morning. She impressed me, followed with text later in day to say that, after speaking to colleague, was arranging an urgent referral to ENT at St G’s for MRI. Follow up call with here this morning and one arranged for 31 May at 10.15, though no email confirmation as yet received. Fingers crossed I don’t wait too long for appt.

    The receptionist and doctor were super kind and gentle. Is the first time I have used the NHS service since I moved to the UK( 4 years ago) and I heard horror stories from friends about the services in general and appointments, but that couldn't be so wrong in this clinic. They were fast and helpful when needed the appointment that day. Top people and service, the pharmacy also is good! Glad to be registered in this place!
