    Despite the fact I had to wait too long for a call back, I think I got the right care I needed. When I called few times the practice the receptionist was gentle and very patient..! We should have access to a doctor much quicker that what we have at the moment.

    I arrived for a cervical screening which I had been dreading. I'd had a bad experience once which just made me nervous this time round. But the nurse was patient and kind and took the time to actually listen to me and to try and calm and reassure me. I understand that NHS staff are under pressure but taking a moment to listen to a patient is invaluable. Fear is often assumed to be an over-reaction and something to be dismissed, especially if you're Asian. So it was really wonderful to feel heard. Thank you.

    Arrived 5 minutes early was seen right on time nurse very pleasant.blood test taken and I was on my way all in 5 minutes.

    The Doctor I saw is amazing. Takes time and does not make you feel rushed. So helpful with trying to get health issues all sorted. Receptionists are always so helpful and polite

    I called at 08:10 and was 4th in the queue. The phone was answered quickly, I saw a doctor at 10:45 and had a satisfactory consultation.

    I went there for guidance following bullying at work and asked for my blood pressure to be taken as hbp was picked up at the last appt which I now attribute to stress. I was told to self self and the blood pressure check was not done. I had a trainee sitting in the appt who seemed particularly unbothered which was off putting

    talked to james on monday to find out which medications i could stop got a result i was happy with and he arranged a phone call from dr milner. she took time to expain the outcome and what to do next.
