    Saw the GP on Tuesday 5 December- really friendly, detailed & informative consultation. As my BP was high I was booked in for a 24 hour monitor the next day. The nurse practitioner was great - gave clear instructions & reassurance. The following day the monitor was removed,, I was told all readings were there & the nurse said she’d remind the doctor to call me back with the results. Thank you

    I was impressed by the excellent response to my phone contact. The receptionist was informed and efficient. The phone was answered quickly.I was told that a Dr would call me back which he did within 10 minutes. I was given an appointment for a blood test 3 days later and was seen on time by a skilled nurse who took my blood painlessly.

    This has happened so many times where they forget to issue my prescription and I am constantly running out. I have now been without my ADHD medication for a week and yet they still haven't issued my prescription. Each time they do this I have to call the practice and get the on call doctor to issues the prescription. I then get told off telling me they can't keep issuing the medication on a regular emergency basis. They wouldn't have to if they didn't forget to issue the prescription. Yet I am getting told off for their incompetence. And also trying to make an appointment is almost impossible. You can almost never get an appointment less than. Month in advance. And often is the case the doctors don't know anything about you.

    Greatly improved service over the past few years with good continuing care. Also reduced waiting time when trying to speak to a receptionist/book an appointment

    I phoned to make an appointment & was seen on the same day. There was hardly any waiting tine and the Doctor was communicative & answered all my questions & concerns in a knowledgeable & professional manner.
