Phone appointment on Saturday, GP recommended blood test & x-ray. Blood test 9am Monday, efficient, friendly staff, very quick, gave me x-ray form for elsewhere, walked in and had that all done by 9:45 Mon morning. Like clockwork. Excellent. Thank you.

I went to my appointment,the doctor explain my symptoms to me but I did not quite take in all the information she said to me. I called the next day for another doctor to confirm to me what was said.They were both correct in what they were saying,but I just needed to be reassured about my Platette and Kidneys. I was given information by the second doctor which I will read at my leasure.

The most recent experience was very good and I managed to get a referral to a specialist, which I haven't always been able to get in the past. It probably depends on an individual GP.

Very happy with the service provided by everyone from reception, nurses to the Doctor’s. Only one small Issue: long wait for appointments to see the same Dr. I

The doctor I saw on 16/11/2023 showed excellent listening skills and was very responsive in making a referral for treatment. A 5 stars service.
