The junior doctor was patient and allowed me to explain myself. His advice was reassuring and helpful and made me feel like my concerns were being tackled.

Thank you for seeing my 10 year old so promptly. We were seen by a Physician Associate and she was amazing, really put my daughter at ease and took time to talk to her as well as me. She sought a second opinion from a colleague and we came away with a clear plan. Thank you.

I was extremely worried after finding a lump in my breast.Trying to make an appointment there was as no-one to talk to and I had to fill in a questionnaire which was then never referred to again. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and then it was with a male doctor. I think given a 2 week wait a female doctor could have been found. I didn’t request a female doctor as I thought I’d have to wait longer but I think one should have been provided. Extremely disappointing service. No compassion or understanding and no obvious way to talk to anyone. It will be another 10 days for a hospital appointment- so nearly a month from when I first contacted you. And the anxiety increases all the time not knowing what the diagnosis will be. I’m sure Cheadle Medical Practice could have given me an earlier appointment with the option to talk to someone. Extremely frustrating annoying and disappointing.

Every time I’ve had a problem, after leaving a request on line the doctors have got back to me very quickly, and sorted out my problem straight away

Had a cyst removed at the practice.Everything was explained thoroughly and procedure was painless.Overall I would say 10 out of 10

After submitting an online request I received an appointment later the same day. I was examined by a lovely, courteous and extremely professional doctor. I was reassured that my condition was not too serious and the doctor explained in simple terms how it could be best treated. As usual I received an exemplary level of care by everyone at Cheadle Medical Practice and I would appreciate the opportunity to say thank you and well done.

I got a quick appointment for my son .Dr. Bandara gave my son an effective treatment as he started to improve after the day 2 of taking the medication. Thank you Cheadle medical practice and dr. Bandara

GP saw me within an hour of my request. Had an examination and it was decided an Ultrasound procedure was necessary. Very efficient.

Had a worry about an enlarged mole, was seen quickly, with knowledgeable advice. Set my mind at ease. Can't ask for better care. Personally I have never had anything but the best care. Thanks.

Making an appointment was quite straightforward and quick online, the Doctor was caring and thorough, took time even though the surgery was very busy. Had bloods taken the next day. All in all a very positive experience
