I had to be seen by a GP and it was organised very quickly and my GP sorted everything out with full explanation. Excellent service. Thank you, keep up the good work.

I had bookings for 2 sets of blood tests and results. The hca combined the blood tests to avoid blood being taken. Visit with diabetic nurse very helpful and informative. Another practice solved an appointment double booking generated by the system. My only concern was getting an email with my blood test results saying i had blood in my urine by text and no immediate access to a doctor for reassurance

Dear Chris, thank you for taking the time to leave us detailed feedback. We are pleased our HCA was able to combine the testing for you to avoid additional sample collection/appointments. Its good to hear you benefitted from your diabetes appointment and found the specialist to be helpful and informative. We apologise if the information you received regarding your urine sample caused you any distress. This was not our intention; we always try to be as transparent with our patients as possible regarding their results and we appreciate your insight into how this is received.

Went for a flu jab and covid jab today. Nurse very efficient . Asked about a shingles jab and she informed me that once the flu jabs were dealt with I would be called for.

I attended for my flu and covid vaccination. The surgery wasn't too busy and the service was thorough and efficient. The practitioner checked how I had been on previous vaccinations. It was a good experience.

Went for my Flu jab today, experience was painless, very quick and I’m glad to have been able to receive it, practice is very efficient , whenever I have to attend.

Used website to explain my health problem late in afternoon. At 8.40am next day receptionist phoned and appointment fixed for 3.50p.m Saw doctor and had examination. Prescribed tablets and sent off urine for analysis. Will be arranging ultrasound procedure. Very good outcome

Had appointment for flu jab at 9.33am,arrived at9.20 went in straight away and was leaving before my actual appointment time. You can’t ask for anything better than that and the nurse was really nice as well.
