    I had my flu jab today. Straight in with the practitioner and done, no delay, and what's more, I didn't feel a thing.

    Used website to explain my health problem late in afternoon. At 8.40am next day receptionist phoned and appointment fixed for 3.50p.m Saw doctor and had examination. Prescribed tablets and sent off urine for analysis. Will be arranging ultrasound procedure. Very good outcome

    Had my flu and covid jabs today, no waiting, everything was quick and efficient, staff still made time to chat and put at ease which then made it painless, very good experience, thank you.

    Had appointment for flu jab at 9.33am,arrived at9.20 went in straight away and was leaving before my actual appointment time. You can’t ask for anything better than that and the nurse was really nice as well.

    Arrived early & got called in early for appointment. Friendly & courteous greeting followed by detailed questions about home monitoring readings and general health & well being. Need for additional medication carefully explained with opportunity given to ask questions. Advice given on possible side effects. Further questioning & testing led to my referral to Referral Assessment Service which was acknowledged same day. I felt well listened to & not rushed, with arrangements made for follow up.

    I attended the Gatley Medical Practice today for a full blood count as requested on 23 August by one of the GPs at Cheadle, to be done in October. I had made this appointment in person on 16 October at the Cheadle practice at around 1030. The receptionist, at first could not find the initial request and did not believe that I had been asked to make such an appointment until I showed her the appropriate text on my phone. She eventually assured me that she had booked me in for the blood test at 1400 on 21 October at the Gatley practice. Upon arrival at Gatley, the receptionist could find no mention of this booked appointment, but fortunately the kind nurse there agreed to perform the full blood test, which I explained had been requested by the doctor at Cheadle. I should mention that on most occasions at Cheadle, the receptionists have been very polite and efficient. This time, however, I feel that the lady involved was less than helpful and had failed to process the appointment as promised.

    After being invited to make an appointment the system was easy to use. I had a query as I was due to have surgery and I received an answer within 2 hours. Appointment made. Seen on time. No queuing out the door as in years gone by. Very pleasant experience all round. Thank you

    Attended for an appointment but was told that I didn't have an appointment. Half an hour later I got a message saying 'sorry that you didn't attend your appointment in future will you please let us know that you will not be attending and the appointment can be given to someone else'.
