The receptionist was dealing with a patient who wanted an appointment. She clearly calmly explained the options available to the patient who claimed was was abrupt s as bd rude. She was in no way abrupt or rude. I felt really sorry for her she is only working within the parameters available. She did not deserve the way she was spoken to.

I arrived at the practice 5 minutes before my appointment and was seen bang on time which was a pleasure . My visit was fine and I have no problems at all

Turned up 10 mins early only to be waiting 45 mins after other people walked in straight away to be seen After waiting 4 months for a one to one appointment then the doctor couldn't wait to get rid of me and refused to answer all my questions which was only 3 not happy at all, I don't go to the doctor's very often but I pay my national insurance for what I see as a bad service

Sometime emergency patients do delay clinics although i appreciate that doesn't make it any less frustrating. I would like to investigate why you had a 4 month wait for your GP appointment as our appointment books are only available 4 to 6 weeks in advance. A kind receptionist whose initials were em was so helpful yesterday. She gave me my blood test results and made a phone appointment for me to have a phone appointment with my doctor as well as a repeat PSA test. Excellent work! Well done!

Although I was no 2 in the queue on the phone & waited for about 15 minutes to be answered, when I did get through to book an rsv jab & blood tests, the receptionist was friendly & helpful in booking these appointments.

Contacted the surgery spoke to a receptionist who listened and acted very efficiently. I was pleased that when you’re not feeling well someone was there th help me in my time of need. Some receptionist go above and beyond to help us the patients which is great comfort.

Needed to find out where an appointment was and hospital didn't have any details. Phoned surgery and a very nice lady checked but still couldn't find any details but said she would make some calls and ring me back. She did exactly that, found where the appointment was and was a pleasure to deal with.

I called the practice this morning, was 10th in the queue, and was answered within a few minutes by a courteous receptionist. I had an appointment to see my doctor this morning, had a thorough check-up and I am happy with the results of the consultation. I have been registered with this practice for many years and have always had a similar experience. Anne S

45 minutes waiting on hold to be answered is too long. Not acceptable for those who work and need to speak to a receptionist urgently.

I care for my mother who is registered at this practice. Over recent months she has become ever more poorly and I have had to engage over the phone, email and in person at reception. Call times are excessive, I often cannot understand who I speak to and can never get timely appointments. Reception has 3 windows, only 1 is ever staffed with often queues going out the door. My mother rarely sees her own GP and if she wants to see him the wait is often a month in advance. Its just a generally depressing place and my mother no longer wants to go the surgery as she finds it too frustrating
