    Both my warfarin nurses are brilliant. However they all keep leaving! Another last month. It would appear that the management haven't got a clue what they are doing. I have been making regular visits for 6 years and it has declined during this time. Judging by the reviews, it can only point to bad & incompetent management.

    Dear Neil, Thank you for your feedback and your comments regarding the nurse, we are recruiting new staff. Staff are having training on call recalls and i would like to apologise if this was not kept up to date -we will take back your comments /concerns and have this as a learning.     I left feed back to say that with only 2 people in front of me I was in a queue for one and half hrs. In the reply it says no one is in a queue longer than 15 mins. I took a screenshot of the call I made and showing I was in a queue for one and a half hrs. There was no message giving me an option to get a call back.

    Dear Patient, Thank you once again for your comments, it will be very interesting to see the screen shot it will help us to provide your evidence to our telephone service provider that you had to wait one and half hour to better our service Our instructions are that there must be only 10 calls waiting in queue. - We have also instructed our Telephone phone provider, phone calls must not last for more than 15 mins. You must follow all the options for a call back. It is specially setup for patients who are unable to wait. If you email the practice with your phone number, I’m happy to give you a call to discuss your concerns further. Regards Cheam GP Centre

    Always a nightmare to actually get through. For an appointment I actually rang over 100 times just to get through to the surgery and then was on hold before even speaking to anyone. Today I needed to call to see if a referral had been sent to the hospital under the 2 week rule. I was number 2 in the queue and held on for one and a half hrs before hanging up with out actually speaking to some one. Surely it didn’t take that long to actually only speak to 2 other patients. It comes to something when I need to actually take a day of work just to be able to call the doctors!!

    Dear Patient, I sorry to know that you found it difficult to get through our lines however from our new telephone system we are able to get details of all calls that are made to the surgery this monitored by the TL the system does not allow to wait for more than 15 mins in queue as we have a call back facility at the end of the recording one of our colleague will call back if you opt for the option of call back. If you have not tried please do so as most of our other patients have tried this facility and are happy with the service Regards

    Spent 2hrs ringing surgery twice on different occasions to be left hanging on line rung same number using house phone got through in 20 minutes spoke to doctor got no help asked for a certificate doctor obviously hadn't read notes from hospital wrote something completely different on certificate doctor rung me for phoned appointment it rung once then cut off doctor never tried again rang again on phone for 1hr service is awful avoid used to be great surgery sad

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt that the service was not up-to your expectation from the Dr. We will take learning from your feedback and make changes and improvement accordingly .The telephone service has since improved as we have made several changes - the waiting time has reduced - there's a call back facility so you would not have to wait for more than 15 -20 mins on the call waiting You may also use our online service for getting appointment or for any other request you will not need to wait to get through the care navigator.
