Very friendly and helpful young receptionist, she makes the entire experience positive. My GP is a truly exceptional doctor, she always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, making me feel well looked after during my visits. Nothing could have been done better.

Just saw the practice nurse today she was brilliant, explained the procedure well and was very caring and attentive. Would recommend the nurse AE to anyone, thanks

Seen nurse today for my child's vaccinations. She explained procedure. Side effects ect. Helpful and informed when next imms due.

I had to visit with my bad foot and was extremely pleased to see a doctor the same day. The practice nurse was so lovely.

I had to visit due to a health issue recently. All the staff on reception were so polite friendly and welcoming. The gp I saw was very thorough and understanding. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day, whether telephone or in person. Would highly recommend.

Twice I brought my elderly mother to an invited Covid vaccination session, first time they ran out of vaccines, second session they closed early because there wasn’t over 5 people waiting, so was therefore deemed a waste of money to use the new batch of injections, no notification or apology was given. The paramedic admininistering these was sat on his mobile phone whilst the receptionist apologised previously, with him making comments such as “call 111 it’s a them problem” he did not come off his mobile phone for the 50 minutes I was there waiting for an appointment. The surgery lacks care from all those other than reception, it’s all about money making, not care and surgery owner seems happy with that.

Credit where credit is due, receptionist on the phone was brilliant, very understanding, understood my problem clearly and got me an appointment with Mr M who was fantastic. I believe the receptionist to be called kr, on the phone and face to face her service was second to none. The surgery have never failed myself or family, never have a problem getting an appointment and always with the correct person. All those at Cheylesmore surgery are very professional, friendly and empathetic. One of the factors of us not moving address is to stay at this surgery!

I had to go to this GP for personal reasons and I just want to say they were great and so kind. I will absolutely go again and they have such good doctors. Love it and will be coming for any other problems!

My family and I switched to this GP because it was like trying to win the lottery to get appointments at our previous GP & the staff felt like they were rushing to get to the next appointment. What a huge difference, literally have nothing bad to say about this practice. Instead of having to call every day for an entire week just to get an appointment for me or my kids, now we can get appointments immediately. Staff are lovely and professional too, thank you for taking such good care of my partner recently.
