    I rang a I am suffering severe panic attacks and was in a&e Saturday night I rang the surgery to get a emergency appointment as the attacks are still happening was told no appointment and would ask dr and get back to me I heard nothing all afternoon then I had to ring back to be Told dr would not see me and to go somewhere else and you don’t deal with this sort of thing I find this cruel and just added to my attacks the link sent was invalid so still did not get the help I am absolutely disgusted by this attitude towards someone’s health especially after looking on nhs website who say to see your gp but to be told that’s not up to date is also cruel I am looking at moving gp surgery as this was not good enough

    I rang in the morning 10 December 2024 at 8:36am and requested for a an appointment for my son sometime in the future like in one or two months as I already knew the answer that I won’t get same day or same week appointment. The receptionist told me I need to ring another morning and request for appointment. It’s just the GP’s tactic of delaying giving appointments. They make it took like they are too busy in the surgery and when we visit there is hardly any patient in the waiting area. Firstly, they misdiagnosed my son’s condition and wasted lot of time which made his condition worse. This has caused lot of stress to my son. The school is trying to refer him to school counsellor to support his mental health. Secondly, I had to pay the private healthcare to identify the actual issue with his health due to incompetence of the GP. On top of all I have to pay ridiculous amount of tax to pay for GP and the receptionist. It’s high time that you improve your service and patient care.

    I came unto the practice yesterday for an appointment and was greeted by D who was like a breath of fresh air, she was pleasant and helpful she opened the screen to greet me which was great normally I feel like I am doing a prison visit. I normally hate coming into the surgery because of the way the receptionist treat you but today was a fantastic experience. You need more D's on your team.

    After previous decent experience eventually (everything takes at least three appointments to get resolution), I am absolutely gobsmacked by the behaviour of the reception team. My father was consultant-diagnosed with *severe* osteoporosis and three fractured vertebrae. The consultant wrote to the GP requesting my father urgently be prescribed a particular pain medication, but the surgery wrote my father a letter saying he needs to make a face to face appointment for first pain prescription. Fine, so my father phones at 8am explaining, and the receptionist said in her opinion this is not urgent and the earliest appointment he is allowed to have is almost one month away. My father tried to explain but the receptionist clearly believes she is better qualified than the consultant to determine whether this is urgent or not. I'm beyond shocked and if is not resolved tomorrow morning at the 8am phone queue chaos I will be following up with a formal complaint.

    Very disappointed to keep getting asked to book to have my vaccinations and when I try to book am told there are no appointments and won’t be any and “to go elsewhere”.

    I presented with difficult problem. But the doctor was very helpful and got me the right treatment very quickly I'm very grateful for all the effort and patience she put in to help me.

    Despite the wait for the consultation (because I wanted to see a particular Doctor) the overall experience was satisfactory. My main problem was resolved and a supplementary irritation was sorted too.
