I consulted with a really good doctor! He listens, he explains, he makes sure nothing get overlooked, and is really calm and understanding.

The Dr was very patient with me. I felt listened to and that relevant tests have been conducted and that investigations have been very thorough. I am very grateful.

Despite the wait for the consultation (because I wanted to see a particular Doctor) the overall experience was satisfactory. My main problem was resolved and a supplementary irritation was sorted too.

I was given a memory test today by a young student who was obviously under the guidance of my GP. He seemed to understand how I was feeling very well and his summary of our session to the GP was absolutely perfect. In the last 18 months, I have experienced absolute care and kindness from every person I have encountered at Chilwell Meadows Surgery. From receptionists to GPs they listen carefully and they respond in a compassionate and professional way. I have experienced quite a few health problems since I moved to Beeston 18 months ago and I have been perfectly looked after by Chilwell Meadows. I have been very impressed and I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this practice. Thank you, NHS!

Whenever I have needed an urgent prescription or appointment I have never had a problem.I am allways treated in a thorough, respectful but kind and friendly way.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. The lady on reception was very friendly and handled my query very efficiently. I was promised a response within a few days but received the outcome within an hour.

I was referred to the surgery by the local chemist having a breathing problems. The receptionist was excellent and I had an appointment 45 minutes later. I was impressed by the examination and obvious concern. Medication was given and a follow-up appointment made for 4 days hence. Things had not improved and I saw another person who was equally thorough giving me extra medication and a further appointment with a recommendation if no improvement was made it would mean a trip to hospital for more treatment. I saw the same person as as the first visit on 12th July when I felt some improvement had been made, the person was most reassuring and concerned. I was told to complete the medication, if the recovery did not continue I was to return to the surgery. I felt all concerned offered first class and professional help and ongoing concern. I thank them all hope a return will not be required. First class excellent and caring service. Thank you all .

I’ve never had a bad experience at Meadows (unlike some other GP surgeries), and my recent appointment was also excellent. The doctor I saw was extremely polite, conscientious and helpful, and was very eager to listen to me talk about my mental and physical health. He provided a lot of reassurance, as well as some great advice and resources.

I recently changed to this GP practice and the process was smooth and quick. I booked a double appointment to sort out 2 referrals for various health problems and the Doctor that saw me was extremely thorough and helpful which was a refreshing experience. The Doctor recommended changes to my treatment which had not been recommended at my previous GP and I am optimistic about the results. After leaving my appointment I was very happy with how it went and any questions I had were met with detailed answers that I understood.

I recently visited my GP for a number of personal issues that I needed some help with. The support and outcomes from the doctor and all the staff have been second to none, thoroughly professional and very supportive from start to finish. I can’t thank them enough for their help.
