The flu and Covid vacation clinic today was very well organised And a very friendly atmosphere.with no waiting and the fire station is an ideal building for this.

The Covid/flu vaccinations at Wotton Fire Station on Saturday were efficiently organised with appointments on time and no queues/no waiting. The friendly atmosphere made me feel relaxed. It was good to have an appointment so soon, so local and with staff I know and trust and who listen. Thank you for working on a Saturday. The same ethos runs throughout the surgery in its normal, everyday practice in my experience.

Had our joint Covid-19 & Flue vaccine at the fire station (next to the surgery). As before it was very well organised with cheerful staff in attendance. Brilliant!!

I always find the staff helpful and supportive whether in person or on the phone. The medical students are professional and have the support of the doctors to refer to.
