Attended surgery this morning for a flu jab. As a nervous patient, the nursing staff put me at ease and made the experience almost "enjoyable". They also offered a pneumonia jab, a blood pressure check and a weight check. All as part of the service and without having to book a separate appointment. I have come away feeling reassured on all counts. Highly recommended! Thanks to you all.

Dear Mr Berry, Thank you so much for your positive feedback. The team here at The Chipping Surgery put a huge amount of effort and commitment to ensure the annual vaccination programmes are delivered to as many patients as possible in a convenient and prompt way. This is the first year we have attempted to give both Flu and Covid also the quick MoT health check to those we hadn't seen for a while or who needed a pneumonia jab, a lot going on in a short space of time! Therefore, your feedback is particular important to our team this year, thank you very much for taking the time to post your comments I am sure this will give all our staff a boost at a very busy time of year. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic practice. The doctors are so caring and really take time to listen and include you in the decisions about your care. All the staff are a credit to the practice.

Extremely impressed with the service at this great practice. Can always get an appointment or call back and all the staff are extremely efficient and helpful.
