   The queue time on the phone is beyond ridiculous... anything up to 90 mins to speak to a receptionist and I've tried different times of day. Once through staff are very good and helpful. The roll out of the covid jab was well done there, and repeat prescriptions are easy. It is just that initial bit when you need to speak to someone is awful.
