It was a delight to go to the churchtown practice today.There was no pressure put on me and the Doctor had time to listen to my concerns and be empathetic with my concerns. I was not rushed and felt that the doctor I saw really understood my condition. Incidentally I had made the appointment just that day and was seen midday. Well done churchtown

I was totally overwhelmed by the kind and considerate treatment that I received at your surgery this afternoon. The doctor was totally professional and able to discuss matters in such a way that anybody can understand. I felt as though he was able to relate to me and my complicated patient history with ease. The whole experience was deeply reassuring. The reception team was also warm and encouraging. Thank you so much for providing such an excellent service.

As usual I was greeted warmly by the HCA who administered my injection She put me at ease and was friendly and professional throughout my appointment. Being able to be seen by such a friendly person is really important.

I don’t have a bad word to say about the practice. I was able to get a same day appointment yesterday with ease after ringing in the afternoon, and today the Nurse went above and beyond, completing an ECG as well as bloods to save me reattending for a further appointment, she was very attentive and put me at ease instantly, she is a credit to this surgery. I called prior to this at around 9am to make an enquiry and the reception staff were helpful, I hardly waited a minute before they answered my call. I have received great service from them. Would recommend to anyone.

Went for a routine yearly blood test, called in by nurse right on time. Nurse was friendly and I didn't feel a thing, she explained when the results would be available & when to ring to get them. Good quick appointment.

Saw the nurse for monthly injection. She’s always on time, really friendly and makes my next appointment whilst I am there.
