Provided bsl interpreter to meet GP. Helpful to show screen to call patient to see the GP. Often I write down paper before see GP. Informed remind message on mobile good

A smile from reception, felt welcomed, clinic was spotless and having my bloods done was a joy!! Very friendly so glad we have been taken on! Didn’t feel like a nuisance, was treated like a person!!

My 9 yr old had never given blood before and was extremely nervous but the amazing lady managed to calm him and had him laughing 😂

1. Poor communication within the Practice and with patients 2. Unable to book an appointment with a Doctor, none available for 3 weeks 3. No telephone appointment available for over two weeks. 4. Seems the Doctors do not care about providing good service to patients. 5. The staff I actually dealt with, reception and nurse, were helpful and professional.

Went for blood test appointment was on time. Nurse was very pleasant. Only got to wait 2 days for results

Since I joined this practice I have had an annual check up with nurse. Also when I needed an appointment when it was difficult to get one. Your receptionist phoned me when she had a cancellation. I was very pleased with that. I see a nurse regularly and its all done very efficiently. It's getting a bit easier to get to see a doctor.
