Given appointment on same day as phone call .the Gp identified the illness immediately and showed the rash on the internet to me. I was allocated the nearest chemist to me . The prescription was emailed direct to the chemist. The treatment worked !!! 10 out of 10 for City way practice.

I was offered a face to face appointment with the doctor I requested to see. In addition, prior the the f2f, they called me to discuss tests and medication. The doctor I saw was patient, very thorough with the medical investigation and definitely with good peoples skills.

After an extremely stressful 3 weeks of illness, I had a very thorough appointment with a senior doctor. He gave me feedback on test results, phoned a consultant specialist for additional advice during the appointment, did some checks of ears and eyes, asked many questions, rul d things out, gave medication advice and listened to everything I said. He even read my previous notes. Amazing. I haven't had an Drs appointment like that in years. Very helpful and I hope everyone can access a similar level of care and attention. Health is so precious and it really helps to feel you are being taken seriously and in safe hands.

Practice easy to access and use. Appointment on time. Very friendly, experienced GP. Listened and answered my concerns. Put a plan in place to identify the medical reasons for my symptoms. Very satisfied with the progress so far.

I'm very sad, today I went to the GP and again I was unsuccessful with any appointment. I'm going to have to go to the hospital to make an appointment and tell them it's an emergency. Unfortunately, he was very mistreated at the GP reception. This can no longer happen if people need to book an appointment even if it is long term. And by going to the place where they need to be seen, you don't send them back home and say that the appointment has to be scheduled. via website, this is absurd, I've been trying to get a brand for a month. I'm tired, I'm going to the hospital, unfortunately the GP is useless, just to delay the lives of people who need it.

The doctor was extremely helpful when completing a very complicated travel insurance form for me. He also discussed my medical history and medication thoroughly . I was very satisfied with the service and care that I received.
