I had an appointment with Dr, i hadn' t seen before and I felt he listen to my issue and made good recommendations on how it would be dealt with. I feel like he's knowledge and experience will be a credit to the surgery.

I managed to get two appointments in May, which was wonderful but they were several weeks away when they were given. Unlike every other NHS service I've used, the surgery doesn't do automatic reminders by text or appointment letters and I struggle with memory because the medicine they give makes me so drowsy and impacts my memory. I was expecting an automatic text to remind me like when I'm at the hospital or clinic, and then when nothing came I then missed the appointments - no followup to check if I was ok - why couldn't I come? Had my health got worse? It's so frustrating as it is such a faff to get an appointment, and I needed those appointments partly because I'm struggling with things like memory.

My Dr was friendly, understanding, empathetic and thorough. I wasn’t rushed and I felt all my concerns were listened to. He was extremely supportive, laid out a plan of action going forward, and made a follow up appointment to see me again in future, which was all very reassuring.

I have no complaints about the service I have received from the Surgery. I put an e-consult in at 8:30am this morning and already had a phone call from reception within an hour, even though I missed the call they called back within 10 minutes to let me know I should come in for an appointment. I was seen by a female doctor and she was amazing! Very clear with all of the information that she gave me and really took her time. I left the appointment feeling very satisfied with the service I have been shown by the team at the surgery today. A huge thank you to all of the staff that continue to work hard and provide an amazing service. You all deserve a pat on the back!
