Excellent service within my surgery today. I required a non urgent appointment. I completed the e-consult form online at 7.30am, received a phone call at 9.30 offering an appt at 10.10. Fantastic experience throughout.

Surgery was running slightly late but informed me via text before my appointment time, Dr was excellent, listen to my issue and after a brief discussion recommend a relevant course of action to be taken. I was very pleased with the outcome and the manner of the Dr, he was very professional and made me feel at ease talking with him

I was treated politely and doctor listened to my knee problem, but forget to give me form for ex-ray, but did do a referral straight away to medway hospital!

My 4yr old little boy was seen this morning by one of your resident GP's and two medical students. All three were incredibly kind and caring and put him at ease so he could be examined thoroughly. I really appreciated the discussion and dialogue regarding the diagnosis and the thought that went into considering my son as a little person and not just a faceless symptom. Thank you all so much for your time and your care.

Meaningful cosulation with my GP. Covered all my issues very well. Worth all the effort of e-consulation which seems pointless to me. My patients didn't have to do this.

We have found that this has considerably lowered our telephone calls which in return has meant less waiting time on the telephone and also the patients are seen by the correct clinician and within a timescale that is relevant to their issues at that time. i recently had an on the phone appointment with the gp, and my experience was excellent. the doctor listened to my concerns and provided helpful advice and treatment. i felt very supported throughout the call and left knowing exactly what i needed to do next.
