Went for a minor surgery for a cyst on my head, where I was worried that my hair would be shaven or I won't be able to get an actual surgery for a long time. I came on the day of the appointment, where doctor removed the cyst on the same day without damaging my hair, which was a big relief.

Had 3 more sebaceous cysts removed at a date and time that suited me. Surgeon was v good (again). Cared about me, not just my cysts!

Efficient service, waited only a minute or two before being called. Staff reassured me throughout even though I've had this procedure done many times. Following the procedure I was given after care advice and a chocolate. Fantastic service thank you ladies.

Went in for minor surgery. The nurse and Surgeon were fantastic. Everything about the procedure was explained. At one point I felt a little uncomfortable with the experience so the Nurse asked me some questions to take my mind of the procedure. Both were very professional and made a great team, I was more than satisfied with the care they provided.

Professional and caring experience from going into the surgery for treatment to going out. The Dr explained exactly what I was having done. I felt relaxed and comfortable. For a GP surgery I have never been into before it was a really caring experience.
