I went in for a minor procedure to remove a wart on my thumb. The doctor l saw was very nice explained what would happen and the procedure was done quite quickly.

I had minor surgery and it was carried out in a calm and professional way. Every aspect was explained to me clearly both before and after the procedure.

My GP is the most caring and helpful GP. I have recently been going through a lot of issues and needed extra support from my GP. The staff here are second to none and couldn't do enough for me. Thankfully I am on the road to recovery thanks to my GP.

Although the Doctor was running 45 minutes late he apologised, the practice was friendly and the theatre was clean and I was treated with respect, they told me everything clearly and sent me home with great aftercare advice. Would highly recommend this clinic for any minor surgery.

Yesterday I went to the Willows medical practice for a minor surgery. I was greeted with empathy and the procedure was done in a most professional and painless manner. The staff was very compassionate and competent. Thankyou!

The reception team were very friendly and smiling which really helps with anxiety . The nurse was helpful and helped me . With my mobility issues The surgeon explained the procedure and gave me choices . He talked to me throughout the procedure and gave me good information regarding aftercare I was respected and taken care of throughout . Many thanks

I was so nervous about coming here, but as soon as I come into the reception I explained I was really nervous and the lady was so lovely and got me some water and reassured me that it will be okay and be quick, the doctor spoke to me whilst it was happening making sure I was okay and answered any questions I had, would definitely feel comfortable coming back
