I had a wart removed at the surgery. The whole experience was very efficient. The reception staff were polite and professional. The clinical technician communicated clearly what action was being taken, how I would feel during and afterwards. The actual treatment was professionally undertaken with minimal impact.

I was very anxious going into for minor surgery and the surgeon and his assistant were so good with keeping me calm and allowed me to talk their ears off to distract myself

initially they have lost my details from the system then they ignore me and of the top of that they rearranged my appointment many times

This was my 2nd visit to the practice and the Nurses were fantastic again. My treatment was quick and pain free, and I felt relaxed and in great hands. Thank you for treating me, I really appreciated your help!

On arriving from the reception to the minor proceedure I had was extremely professional. Staff I came into contact with were so friendly and very informatve. The actual proceedure was very quick, in fact I didn't realise it was over as we were chatting all the way through it. It was a lovely happy environment to be in and it showed that staff I encountered were happy in their work. Thank you to all.

Came to the practice to have a wart removed. The person who did it was extremely nice and thoughtful. Provided all the relevant information, procedure started on time, everything you could ask for.

My first visit to the practice was marked by how pleasant my initial reception was. The actual treatment was performed by very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient female staff.
