Was booked in for minor surgery This is not my normal GP practice Compared to my normal GP the telephone booking service was excellent and on arrival the staff were very helpful

The receptionist was polite and efficient as we're the medical staff. Would definitely go there again if the need arose.

I do not live locally and was referred by my GP for a cyst removal and I cannot thank the 2 ladies who carried out my appointment. They were so lovely, kind and made me feel at ease. Honestly they were the dream team 5*

Warm welcome waiting time was very minimum and service from Doctor and nurse was very good the Doctor explained things clearly about the procedure thanks

I was really scared and he made me feel so much at ease. He explained what was happening and kept checking I was alright all the way through the procedure.

Had minor surgery at The Willows - the ladies were reassuring, professional, and surprisingly quick with the procedure. Once I'd had any aftercare explained to me, and received my complimentary coffee and biscuit, I was on my way barely 20 minutes after arriving. Couldn't fault a thing about it.

Went for minor surgery. I’m happy with the service I received to the day, staff were helpful knowledgeable and the environment was clean. Pre and post op advice was completely lacking however, I did not receive a letter or any advice pre appointment, nor what to do following the op (eg, no idea if I can shower/ get the area wet) so my experience was a mixed one
