Super friendly receptionist, under 5 Minutes wait time from arrival to being seen. Very friendly practitioner and assistant, really reassuring and knowledgable. Haven’t had such a good experience at a medical apt in years. The people are godsends, what a brilliant practice.

I had an appointment to have a cyst removed - I was quite nervous but everyone was so lovely! The nurses explained everything to me beforehand and really put me at ease. We had a lovely chat which kept me nice and distracted, and it was over before I knew it. I even got a chocolate for being good! I went away feeling really clear on how to look after it and what to do next, and they both really made the experience as pleasant as it could be - thank you!!

Very efficient procedure & service carried out in a timely manner. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this surgery for minor procedures.

Had a minor surgery appt at Clegg's Lane Surgery today, great service, felt completely at ease & fully informed about the procedure & aftercare. Really friendly staff, very professional.

was a little anxious about the procedure but the two ladies that dealt with me were excellent. Everything was fully explained and i was given opportunity to ask any questions. I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated. Even offered me a tea to take away with me, and i was given dressings and a chocolate, everything was so nice, really put me at ease and talked me through what was happening.

I was a little anxious about the procedure but the two ladies that dealt with me were excellent. Everything was fully explained and i was given opportunity to ask any number of questions. I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated. Even offered me a coffee to take away with me! My only criticism is that not being familiar with the area, I had a little difficulty in finding the clinic as there is no visible street sign on Lords avenue and actually the entrance to the clinic isn’t on Lords avenue. Also when you do find the entrance there are two reception areas but the signage isn’t great so I didn’t know which reception to queue at for minor surgery until I was at the front of the queue five minutes later and advised I was actually in the wrong reception. Other than that, nothing but praise for the staff.

I attended the minor surgery clinic at The Willow. Receptionist was very welcoming, setup good. But it was the team that treated me that excelled. Both ladies were so kind, patient and understanding. Though it was a quick procedure they went out of their way to put me at ease. Credit to the surgery.

I visited The Willows for the removal of two cysts. The nurse performing the procedure was very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring (as I was a little nervous). The nurse fully explained the procedure beforehand, and then very efficiently removed the two cysts, whilst checking regularly that I was ok. Both nurses were great, very professional, and made me feel very welcome and at ease. They make a great team. Thank you both! After the procedure, I was given plenty of advice and information about aftercare. Highly recommended. If you need any minor surgery you will be in very good hands at The Willows.

I attended The Willows Health Centre for a minor surgical procedure and experienced an excellent service from everybody including reception staff , nurses and support staff . The procedure was explained to me fully so I knew what to expect. I felt very little discomfort and it was all done in a short time. I was given a leaflet about aftercare and even a chocolate treat for being brave! Thank you to my NHS Colleagues you are doing a fantastic job.
