I honestly could not fault the lady that did my minor surgery or her assistant, so pleasant snd understanding and reassuring , I actually yanked them both because they were both just so lovely and a credit to their profession

Staff were friendly and the surgeon was very nice and so was her assistant they put me at ease and I had no worries and my neck healing fine

Very informative and helpful, friendly staff, couldn’t do the procedure on the day as my own GP had misinformed me unfortunately.

I had to have a skin tag removed and was given an appointment very quickly. On the day of the procedure I was put at ease and what was going to happen explained very clearly. The whole procedure took a matter of minutes. The clinical area was clean and tidy. The doctor explained what would be happening with the removed tag, which would be sent for testing, and the outcome reported back to me. Aftercare - I was asked to get in touch with the nurse if I was experiencing anything unusual.

The reception team were polite & friendly helpful too The nurse & the doctor I saw made me feel comfortable, the minor surgery hurt but was prob me being to soft ha I had everything explained to me has what wa goin to happen, I was in & out in 30 mins
